This agreement is between Wicko Waypoint LLC of Farmington, Utah ("Wicko" — Scott Foster) and Big Foot Cleaning Solutions, LLC of Kaysville, Utah ("Big Foot" — Joe Dunford & Celly). It's written in plain English on purpose — it means what it says.
Work begins immediately at deposit. Brand and website are built in parallel — brand revisions are unlimited within reason while the site comes together. At the lock-in, with the finished site in front of you, you approve the brand and site together; everything is then finalized and handed over — files, logins, keys. Social follows on the locked brand. Target: about four weeks, dependent on timely feedback and materials from you.
| Milestone | Amount | Due |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit — work begins | $750 | Today |
| Lock-in — brand approved, site live & handed over | $1,250 | At the lock-in |
| Social — accounts & tool in your hands | $500 | On handover |
| Project total | $2,500 |
Card (Stripe), check or Venmo. After launch, optional monthly: $25/mo (hosting, CRM, review engine, email forwarding, self-service phone editing) or $75/mo (same, plus Wicko making edits same-day on request). Real inboxes $10/mo each. Switch or cancel anytime before the next billing date.
As each phase is paid, you own its deliverables outright — site, content, domain, brand files, social accounts, customer data. Wicko keeps general know-how and code patterns, and may show the finished work in its portfolio (say the word to opt out). Until a phase is paid, its deliverables remain Wicko's.
Reasonable revision rounds are built into every phase; 30 days of post-launch tweaks included. Anything meaningfully beyond Section 1 gets quoted in writing before it's built — no surprise invoices, ever.
Either side may cancel by written notice (text or email counts). You pay only for what's been delivered plus work completed in progress; you receive everything paid for; any unearned deposit is refunded. If Wicko cancels other than for non-payment, completed work transfers and unearned payments are refunded.
You're responsible for the accuracy of business info and rights to materials you provide. Wicko can't guarantee rankings, lead counts or revenue — nobody honest can. Third-party costs (ad spend, extra tools) are yours and always disclosed first. Neither side is liable for indirect damages; total liability is capped at fees paid. Utah law governs. Changes in writing (text counts). This page plus the proposal is the whole deal.
Paying the $750 deposit is acceptance — or sign the PDF, or simply text Scott "we agree." Any of the three makes it official.
